As a devoted wife and mom of three (with a 24-year age gap between my kids!), I know firsthand what it means to juggle ambition, responsibility, and the desire for something more. You have the drive and vision for your dreams, but between work, family, and the daily demands of life, staying accountable and taking bold action can feel overwhelming.
